A 90-minute workshop or a 4-session curriculum, depending on team size and starting fluency. Covers what AI does well now (and what it does not), prompting patterns that hold up, where to put guardrails, and what to never do. Founders get a separate executive briefing.
Why this practice
Verified, in public.
Most SMB-focused AI consulting is either too generic (a 90-day “digital transformation” deck that says nothing) or too enterprise (a Big-4 firm charging $400k for the same deck). SABS sits in between: founder-delivered, named scopes, public daily writing, no SDR, no junior analyst.
